RCMP seeks witnesses to July 2 car accident that killed two

SASKATOON - The RCMP are looking for eyewitnesses to a motor vehicle collision that took the lives of three people.

On the evening of July 2, two cars collided on Highway 219, about 12 kilometres south of the Dakota Dunes Casino. The police responded to the collision just after 7:15 p.m., with area EMS and fire departments also dispatched to the scene. Seven people were involved in the crash; three of them passed away due to their injuries.

The RCMP are particularly looking for two eyewitnesses who are thought to have gone to a nearby farm to report the crash. They were both male, Caucasian and believed to be in their 40s. Anyone with relevant information is asked to contact the nearest RCMP detachment with details.
